We know that you will be very happy when you receive your scarves. Our buyers hand pick each scarf in our collection and we only sell scarves that we would wear ourselves. All scarves are quality checked before dispatch and packed with utmost care to ensure your scarf arrives in a perfect wearable condition.
However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Seren Scarves and as such, you’re protected by our no-quibble returns policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason you can return items to us for an exchange or refund on the following terms.
Our returns policy lasts 28 days from date of purchase. We are unable to offer a refund or exchange if 28 days have elapsed since your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it can take some time before your refund is fully processed. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Items exempt from refunds
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Items purchased in Sales are exempt as only regular priced items may be refunded
Gift cards are exempt from being returned or refunded
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Seren Scarves reserve the right to offer a partial refund where an item is not in its original condition or has been damaged for reasons outside our control.
Exchanges Items are only replaced if they are defective or damaged and you would like the same item sent back to you. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and return your item via the post to the returns address below
Gift item returns
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your item, you should pack it appropriately for protection whilst in transportation and return it to the following address:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping and postage costs for returning your item. Shipping and postage costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and postage will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping items over £50 in value, you may wish to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Seren Scarves Limited are unable to guarantee receipt of your returned item.
